Positioning System

With a virtually limitless rotation speed, the carousel offers the fastest possible
speeds for a spray system. Positioning system ensures perfect edge coverage
up to 4”. The vibration-free movement of the carousel assures along life. The optimizing computer and the automatic gun positioning system reduces
the overlapping pitch of the spray gun pattern to below 2”, ensuring a perfectly
even coating application.

• Production 6.5 - 13 feet/minute
• No revolving joint
• Particularly suitable for application of warm wax and 100% solid content UV

• Production 6.5 - 23 feet/minute
• For all water or solvent based materials
• Upgradable to 8 arms
  

8 ARMS:

• Production 13 - 40 feet/minute
• For all water or solvent based materials
